Policy

Please note that as I do send out text reminders before your appointment, any no show or cancellation within 24 hours of your allotted time will incur a cancellation fee of €20, the cost of the deposit paid to originally hold your appointment.

 

As a reflexologist working from a home practice, I am self employed and rely on you to arrive for your appointments on time to keep my book running smoothly.

Regular cancelling at last minute or not showing up for appointments will require a non refundable deposit to secure any future booking for any treatments.

I understand that life happens, so if you do need to cancel an appointment, please email me as soon as possible in order to give another person a chance to book in.
